Position 1
To strengthen our team, we are looking at the earliest for a
» Product Manager Booking Engines
The HitchHiker Flight Booking Engine is the core of our products. This is where we gather all information.
To do this, you have to plan all technical Booking Engine Products and create the specifications.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the release planning in close coordination with other product areas and our product strategists.
Your qualification:
• Computer scientist
Practical knowledge of the GDS reservation / flight know-how is desirable but absolutely not a must!
Position 2
To strengthen our team, we are looking at the earliest for a
» C # Developer m/f
As a developer at HitchHiker you realize in a dynamic team and in cooperation with cutting-edge technologies innovative applications for our international customers.
Your qualification
• A performed training, studies or equivalent practical experience.
• At least three years professional experience with C #
• Experience
- Windows Forms 3.5
- Custom Control Development
- WCF
- LINQ2SQL
- SQLServer2008
- InstallShield 2010th
• Prefer experience with the following third party components:
- Visualhint
- Skybound
- Xceed Grid
- DotNetMagic
• Good knowledge of English

Position 3
To enlarge our team we are looking for a
» Service & Support Clerk (m/f)
Your Tasks:
You support our customers with solving technical application problems and deal with support issues via phone or email. You handle these support issues independently or as a team. Your area of responsibility comprises the support of our complete visualFares product range.
After successful on-the-job training your area of responsibility will be enlarged by product trainings, consulting, workflow analyses and implementations for our customers.
Your profile:
• You are a team player with distinctive service orientation and are able to work under pressure.
• You have profound knowledge in the consolidator business and Global Distribution Systems.
• Working experience with Internet Booking Engines for Amadeus XML, Sabre, Worldspan SMI and/or Galileo XML Select; IATA knowledge is beneficial.
• You are self-confident and like to communicate via phone, email and tele-maintenance systems.
• Knowledge transfer in the case of software applications which are in need of explanation is also among your strengths.
• Good oral and written English language skills are a must.
• Skills MS-Office standard products is assumed.
• Result oriented working methods including the willingness to travel complete your profile.
The following concepts do not scare you but motivate you to be able to deal with them in the future:
SQL Enterprise Manager, SQL Query Analyser, SQL Statements, XML , HTML, IIS, Component Services, etc...!
