Export to Microsoft Word or Excel:
Converting the HitchHiker Export data into an HTML- file is as an alternative to the HitchHiker printout. This HTML document can be imported into Word or Excel and then manipulated and customized according to your needs (e.g. statistics, sorting order, etc.) or can be displayed using the internet explorer.
The standard HitchHiker style sheet exports the fare-, rule-, routing- and ticket information in exactly the same way as the one on the conventional print with convenient hyperlinks to the various components.
An individual layout and the integration of e.g.; logos, pictures, etc. can be realized with the XSLT Style Sheet which will be done by HitchHiker development.

Email Distribution Server (EMDS):
The Fare Management System visualFares Entry which is widely used by numerous consolidators and wholesalers worldwide, enables users to send their fares automatically as an e-mail attachment to their customers in three different high quality formats:br>
Hitchhiker’s VFX, available to any customer using HitchHiker visualFares Entry.

STADAF, can be imported into other 3rd party applications that support STADAF import.

As HTML File which is compatible with MS Excel and Word.

A compressed archive can be created for delivery.
visualFares Entry allows for fast and accurate high quality fare loading and maintenance process and significantly cuts down manual workload.

Advantageous for the majority of consolidators and wholesalers, is the ability to distribute fares electronically. Consequently, the sender’s fares can be imported directly into the consolidator’s or wholesaler’s system and swiftly distributed to the market with a minimum manual workload. Besides fare levels, rules and routing information, all three formats also provide detailed ticketing instructions. For customers running Ticket-Automation, ADMs or Agency Debit Memos will be reduced to a minimum.
Overall, the new HitchHiker Fare Management and Distribution System leads to a major decrease in time to market and enables the user to implement fare initiatives in the market from one day to the next.
